As a modern factory of high start, high standard and high quality, it possesses the first level production lines with capacity of 250,000 tons annual output for ductile cast iron pipes and fittings with T type joint and self-restraint type joint. Antisepsis treatment adopting cement lining, zinc spraying, bitumen coating and so on or manufacturing according to request. The raw material (pig iron) for Yongtong pipes is provided by the same co***ny. This kind of pig iron has specification of low P, low S, low Ti and so on. Especially it uses the advanced annealing furnace which is 60 meters long to issue pipesĄŻ better mechanical properties. Yongtong Co***ny has been certificated for ISO9001:2000 by SGS organization.
